SOLAR
The Company is expanding its footprint into the renewable energy sector through the development of solar power project in Gujarat at Village: UN, Taluka: Kankrej, District: Banaskantha, Gujarat. The project represents the Company’s commitment to sustainable growth and clean energy while laying the foundation for its long-term vision of becoming an integrated player in the renewable energy sector. The key milestones achieved in the implementation of the project are highlighted below:
Board & Shareholders’ approval obtained for the proposed Solar Power Project upto 3 MW.
Regulatory approvals are under process.
Installation Work in Full Swing, with civil, electrical and equipment installation nearing completion.
Testing & Commissioning Activities Underway, marking the final phase before commercial operation.
Commissioning Expected by end of August 2026, subject to completion of final approvals and successful synchronization.
